Essential cookies and storage
Secure authentication and session cookies keep account holders signed in, protect private workspaces and support password and account-security features. These are strictly necessary for the service you request and cannot be switched off through a consent preference.
Analytics and advertising
With your consent, Google Analytics 4 measures visits to public website pages, including the page viewed, referring website, browser/device information and approximate location. It uses _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish visits, with a configured expiry of up to 180 days. The Google tag is not loaded before you accept and is not installed in private workspaces, sign-in or signup pages. We do not send document contents, messages, names, email addresses or URL query strings through this tracking. Advertising features and Google signals are disabled. If you have accepted analytics, we also measure verified email signups and Stripe-confirmed free-trial checkouts on return to the website. This is not tracking of your documents or day-to-day team activity. The optional sop_ga_session_v1 local-storage entry links these outcomes to the existing analytics session; we use it for up to 24 hours and remove it when you reject analytics.
Change your choice
Use Cookie settings on any public website page to accept or reject analytics. We remember either choice in this browser using sop_analytics_consent_v2 local storage for up to 180 days. Withdrawing consent stops future collection and removes the analytics cookies we can access; it does not automatically delete earlier data. Rejecting analytics does not affect your ability to use the service.
